No, in my opinion, it is not brave to suffer in silence. I would rather ask the question is it courageous to suffer alone. The answer would still be no. People need comfort when they are feeling blue, that is why family friends are essential for living a happy life. The last thing a suffering person wants is to be left alone. We all need somebody we can trust and share our pain worries with. However, opening up to a person can be quite challenging, but if we don’t open up to other people, the pain and loneliness will slowly develop to depression.
